Direzze Crt is at North West Corner of Mill Pond Community. Mill Pond community runs from Yonge St on the East to Major Mackenzie in the south, Bathurst St on the west, and Elgin Mills in the north. With its lush setting and home to various wildlife species, the pond attracts many visitors and residents alike. Most residential real estate in Mill Pond was constructed pre-1960 and in the 1960s, and about 25% of homes in Mill Pond were built between 1980 and 1990.
