Burwell Cres is at the Heart of Raymerville Community. Raymerville Community runs from McCowan Road on the West to 16th Avenue on the North, Markham Road on the east, and Railway tracks on the South. The Flanking Robinson Creek, a tributary of the Rouge River system, is a boundary line of the school zone for both elementary and secondary schools. Most homes constructed in the Community were between 1980 and 1990. In past 3 months, 12 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.64M. Over 30% of residents in the Community are Chinese. In Burwell Cres neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Chinese, Italian, English, Irish, and East Indian. The south border of Raymerville is a Go Train rail track, and the only way to pass down is via Snider Drive or main street McCowan Road.
