Three significant roads, 14th Avenue, Highglen Avenue, and Denison Street, run through the Community from east to west. Middlefield Road runs through the Community from North to South. North of 14th Avenue is zoned for light industry, and South of 14th Avenue is concentrated residential real estate. The real estate residential buildings in the Community were mainly constructed between the 1980s and 2000s. In past 3 months, 6 Link homes were sold at average of $1.33M. Middlefield is an Asian ethnic dominant Community, about 50% of the occupants are from South Asia, and 33% are Chinese. Public transit is readily available. For golf fans, Markham Executive Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course northwest of the Community. At the southeast corner, besides Walmart Supercenter, Lowe's Home Improvement warehouse, and many other retailers and restaurants, visitors can also find branch offices of five leading Canadian banks in this area.
