The west side borders Bruce Creek meandering through Angus Glen Golf Club and York Downs Golf Club. The upcoming real estate development at York Downs Golf field includes large single-detached houses to high-rise condos, with a few mixed-use commercials. In past 3 months, 7 Detached homes were sold at average of $2.6M. Angus Glen is another dominant Asian community in Markham, with over half of the occupants Chinese. Families will need cars to commute. Many small creeks and ponds are scattered throughout the community. The store is famous for its meat, bakery and deli but also offers a small dine-in cafe area. Angus Glen is a relatively new community in Markham. Families choose to live in this part of Markham because kids can attend top-tier schools, and adults can enjoy convenient recreational facilities.
