The community has many beautiful parks and hiking trails. Though the neighbourhood is generally quiet, it is notable that housing too close to Highway 404, 407, Don Mills Road and Railway track will experience noise levels.

Huntington Park is the largest park in the community. It has a section for dog lovers to off-leash their dogs. Together with five other neighbourhood parks, they offer residents hiking trails, soccer fields, a baseball diamond and a kids playground.
