And the other four significant roads, Woodbine Avenue, Rodick Road/Esna Park Drive, Warden Avenue, and Birchmount Road, run through the Community from North to south. Milliken Mills West is an Asian-dominant community in Markham. The main housing stock consists of freehold single detached, Link, and semi-detached houses, primarily developed between the 1970s and 80s.
