Cliveden Pl is at the Heart of Berczy Community. Berczy runs from Kennedy Road on the West to Major Mackenzie Road on the North, 16th Avenue on the South and Mccowan Road on the east. Three significant roads, Castlemore Avenue, Bur Oak Avenue and Wilfred Murison Avenue, run through the Community from east to west. And the other three major roads, William Berczy Blvd, The Bridle Walk and Stonebridge Drive, run through the Community from North to south. Berczy is a Chinese ethnic dominant community in Markham. Many locals even reference the Community as Tsinghua, a famous Chinese University, to demonstrate the concentration of the Chinese population and top-tier schools in the area. The backyards of most residential buildings tend to be shorter, with houses densely built next to each other. In past 3 months, 27 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.88M. Furthermore, around 50% of residents in Berczy have received a university degree or higher. Driving to highway 404 is about 8 miles, but there have been long traffic jams along 16th avenue at peak hours due to the increasing population in the area.
