Miley Dr is at the Heart of Markville Community. Markville community is the home of Markham's largest indoor shopping center, Markville Mall. The Community runs from McCowan Road on the east to 16th Avenue on the North, Dense forest by Kennedy Road on the west and Highway 7 on the South. It is divided by the railway crossing from the east to the west; the North of the railway is mainly residential, and the south is mixed with residential and commercial business. Smaller Links, many with interior space below 1500 square feet, are concentrated south of the railway track. In past 3 months, 7 Link homes were sold at average of $1.44M. Chinese represents the largest demographic group in this Community. In Miley Dr neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Chinese, English, Irish, and Canadian.
