Community Overview
Campbell Crt is at the Heart of Village Green-South Unionville Community. South Unionville runs from McCowan Road on the east to Highway 7 on the North, Kennedy Road on the west, and Highway 407 on the South. It is an Asian ethnic dominant community with an average household income slightly below Toronto's average. Housings at the northwest corner of the Community are slightly more aged and were primarily constructed around the late 1980s. In past 3 months, 6 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.98M. South Unionville is an Asian ethnic dominant Community, with over 75% of the occupants Chinese and 10% from South Asia. The main street, highway 7, is not a swift route due to excessive traffic lights. Centennial Community Centre focusing on health and wellness, is a favorite place for families. Across the street, Asian tastes are concentrated in New Kennedy Square shopping mall, which has around a hundred restaurants and stores. Village Green - South Unionville is an excellent community in Markham. Families choose to live here also because kids can attend top-tier schools and adults can enjoy convenient recreational facilities and shopping.
