Parktree Dr is at South West Corner of Maple Community. The Community of Maple runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the west to Rutherford Road in the south, the Go Railway Barrier line on the east, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and having two GO stations, Maple offers its residents convenient transportation to transit to downtown Toronto. The West part of the Community is newer, with many houses built after 2000. In past 3 months, 20 Town homes were sold at average of $1.1M. Chinese, Vietnamese and Filipino are other visible minorities living in Maple. In Parktree Dr neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Italian, East Indian, Canadian, and Russian.
