Solway Ave is at North East Corner of Maple Community. The Community of Maple runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the west to Rutherford Road in the south, the Go Railway Barrier line on the east, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and having two GO stations, Maple offers its residents convenient transportation to transit to downtown Toronto. The West part of the Community is newer, with many houses built after 2000. In past 3 months, 6 Semi-Detached homes were sold at average of $1.17M. Italian represents the largest demographic group in this Community, over 30%. Further south of Jane Street is Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, where residents can take a subway to downtown Toronto at Vaughan Subway station. Eagle's Nest Golf Clubs features attractive golf fields beside Maple Natural Reserve Trail. Maple residents are so blessed that Vaughan Mills Mall, one of the largest outlet malls in Canada, is just at the west gate of the Community.
