Lindenshire is at North East Corner of Maple Community. The Community of Maple runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the west to Rutherford Road in the south, the Go Railway Barrier line on the east, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and having two GO stations, Maple offers its residents convenient transportation to transit to downtown Toronto. Predominant homes are detached houses constructed after 1980. In past 3 months, 44 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.42M. Chinese, Vietnamese and Filipino are other visible minorities living in Maple. In Lindenshire neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Italian, Filipino, East Indian, Canadian, and Chinese. Further south of Jane Street is Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, where residents can take a subway to downtown Toronto at Vaughan Subway station.
