The community runs from Yonge St on the East to the edge of Oak Ridges Corridor Conservation Reserve in the south, Bathurst on the West, and Bloomington Road on the north. It borders Aurora City in the North and King Town in the West. There are also a tiny amount condo apartments and modern condo townhomes sitting close to Yonge Street and Bond Crescent. In past 3 months, 27 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.48M. With more new immigrants moving into Richmond Hill in recent years, the major ethnic groups in Oak Ridge are now Italian, Chinese, Iranian, and Indian. Residents will need a car to live in this part of Richmond Hill, though there is limited public transit available on the major roads of the community.
